Equinox is a soft, washed rind goat's cheese, washed in locally made Equinox Ale from the Glastonbury Brewing Company. Its rind is peachy orange in colour owing to this and the process also develops its character and flavour profile. Flavours are savoury and meaty with a creamy texture.

This is most certainly a cheese for a cheeseboard and not for the faint hearted!

Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
