One of the most delicious cheeses. We had the pecorino and a soft goats cheese. Far superior to any French cheese I have tasted.

Pyramid goat's cheese rolled in ash, absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of goats cheese as it often has the Billy goat smell. This was a def eye opener. Creamy texture, lovely acidity too.
