Fetish is our take on the well-known Greek style cheese. Matured in brine for 3-4
months, this cheese has a pleasantly well-rounded flavour.

Crumble atop a jacket potato, a salad, stuff inside a chicken breast or you can try Jacqui's version of Fetish and Spinach Spanakopita below.





  • Small bunch of spring onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 3 blocks of Fetish cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Black pepper
  • 1 pack of filo pastry



Fry the onions and garlic in butter

Crumble the fetish cheese 

Finely chop the spinach

Mix the Fetish, onions, garlic, spinach, pepper and eggs together in a mixing bowl to form a soft consistency

Get an oven dish, brush with butter from frying and add some olive oil

Take filo pastry and brush with butter/oil

Layer dish with at least 6 sheets of filo pastry and fill with Fetish and spinach mix

Cover with remaining filo pastry and brush plenty of butter on top


Bake at 160-170 degrees for 45-60 mins

Ready with inserted knife comes out fairly dry.
