Our Fetish has a well-rounded and wonderful flavour. Made from ewe's milk, this take on the well-known Greek style cheese is perfect crumbled atop a jacket potato, a salad, stuff inside a chicken breast or you can try our delicious Fetish and Olive Stuffed Potato Skins recipe below!

Ingredients:

6 medium sized Russet potatoes, baked and cooled for 10 mins

1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted

1 cup of crumbled Fetish cheese

3/4 cup of sliced black olives
-
(Optional) 1 large plum tomato, diced

Salt, pepper and parsley to season
- For meat option: cooked ground beef/ cooked chicken breast strips/cooked turkey/cooked bacon - can be added to filling.
Method:

Heat oven to 190-200 degrees C

Cut the cooled baked potatoes in half, lengthways, scooping out the centre, leaving 1/2 inch rim of potato inside the skin

Brush butter over all sides of the potato skins. Place cut sides down on a baking sheet. Bake for 6 mins

Turn skins and bake until golden brown (further 6-8 mins)

Meanwhile, combine the Fetish cheese, olives and (optional) tomatoes

For optional meat serving, add cooked chicken/turkey/beef/bacon to the filling mixture

Spoon mixture into the potato skins and return to the oven

Heat until the cheese begins to melt - about 5 mins
