White Nancy is a large, bloomy rinded goat's cheese, with a crumbly texture it has delicate flavours of yoghurt, strawberries and mushroom from the rind alongside its bright, vibrant and light goaty notes. White Nancy is named after a hill located in the village of Bollington, Cheshire.
This is a versatile cheese which can be crumbled over a meal, added to a cheese board or cooked with. It also makes the perfect top for a cheese celebration cake.
This cheese is made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
