What Is Katherine?
Baby Katherine is a smaller individual hard cheese matured over approximately 2 months and regularly washed in Somerset Cider Brandy.
This cheese is firm in texture with a complex and savoury flavour compared to her cousin cheese, Rachael Reserva.
Much like the Rachael Reserva, this high quality cheese board cheese can also
be grated on pasta’s, salads, or atop almost any meal.
Made with Raw milk and animal rennet.
