This dish is perfect for using with our Brie, Solstice, Equinox, Little Little and Little She.
To bake a cheese simply unwrap, place in the dish, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 12 to 15 minutes. The cheese should feel soft and liquidy under the rind when ready. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped herbs of your choosing and dunk away. Yummy.
