Fetish is our take on the well known Greek-style cheese, made with 100% sheep's milk. We barrel age this in brine for 3-4 months to allow its flavour to develop. Fetish has a firm, yet crumbly texture, with a salted caramel sweetness and a citrus acidity. With unlimited uses, you can get creative!
