I am obsessed with this cheese - excellent with pasta of course, but also on the cheese board too. I only found it since lockdown and its virtually a weekly order now. Especially delighted to be buying English cheese and supporting our cheesemakers.

Solistice and Katherine hard cheeses were divinely sophisticated full of flavor & depth and not overpowering. Driftwood delicious artisan goats cheese with added uniqueness from the ash coating. Devilishly good.
