Perfect Pairings
We often get asked which cheeses go with what, here are a few suggestions.
Goat’s Cheeses go well with sweet flavours such as honey, fresh figs - as well as fig jams - stone fruit, think apricots & rips plums, or for a more savoury angle try caramelised onion chutney or pickled beetroot.
Sheep’s Cheeses are complimented by crisp, fresh fruits like apples or grapes, while quince jelly or paste is a traditional favourite. Add some walnuts and almonds for a nutty angle.
Try Cow’s Cheeses with sweet dried fruits such as apricots and dates, or pickled cornichons or onions to cut through the creamy flavour, we also highly recommend trying our brie with a good splodge of chilli jam!
