This aromatic and creamy cheese is made with Guernsey cow’s milk and
regularly washed in a locally sourced ale from Glastonbury Ales, Equinox, to
create the vibrant rind.
As the Equinox ages the texture softens and the flavour develops more depth.
This is a fantastic alternative to a camembert, perfect for dipping or using in a
creamy sauce, or simply add it to a cheese board.
Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
