The grass fed British beef is cured in a delicate blend of herbs and washed in red wine before being air dried for a minimum of 3 months for depth of flavour. This long ageing process combined with the highest quality grass fed beef makes the Dorset Bresaola a very special product.

The perfect addition to a charcuterie or cheese board or serve with rocket and pecorino shavings for a simple starter or light lunch.  

The Bresaola is gluten free.
