RACHEL

Our most well-known and multi award winning cheese.
Rachel is not your typical Goat’s cheese. It is a semi hard washed rind cheese
with a delicate yet moreish sweet medium flavour.
The cheese is named after a friend of Pete's (like the cheese she is sweet, curvy and slightly nutty).
A must on any cheese counter!
Best Goat’s Cheese at The Guild of Fine Food World Cheese Awards 2017.
Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. 

KATHERINE

This is a raw milk goat’s cheese made using natural rennet, matured for
around 2 months and washed in
Somerset Cider Brandy.
Katherine is firmer in texture than its cousin Rachel, with more complex savoury flavours.
Made with raw milk and animal rennet. 

TRICKLE

 A delicately small, goat cheese with a natural white rind and smooth texture. Starting its life with a fresh, citrus flavour with hints of lemon, Trickle gradually evolves to gain a mild taste reminiscent of single cream. Weighing in at around 60g a piece, it is the perfect unpasteurised artisan cheese for individual portions.
Available in boxes containing six Trickles.

LILLY / LITTLE LILLY

The lovely Lilly is a classically mild and creamy unpasteurised goat cheese. This brie-style cheese has a bloomy rind that is vibrant white in colour. Artisan goat cheese at its best, created in Somerset.

WHITE WOOD

This lactic goat’s cheese log has a soft, white, silky, bloomy rind, providing a hint of mushroom flavours to come through the tangy, smooth paste.

EVE

This is a soft goat’s cheese washed in Somerset Cider Brandy
and wrapped in a vine leaf, which helps to maintain a softer paste and
develop nuttier flavours.

TOR

This fresh lactic goat’s cheese is made in a pyramid shape with a geotrichum rind and a dusting of charcoal.
It has a lemony flavour with your typical
goats’ cheese ‘tang’and very smooth close texture.

DRIFTWOOD

This ash coated goats cheese log has a geotrichum rind and a soft, creamy texture. With citrus notes and earthy undertones. This cheese is one of our best sellers, great for slicing, cooking
and simply eating.

This cheese is a heart shaped version     of White Nancy.  

The original two were made as a Valentines present.

WHITE NANCY

A mild and crumbly unpasteurised goat cheese with a white bloomy rind.
White Nancy has a semi-soft texture and a slightly sweet, fresh citrus taste. As the cheese matures and softens the flavour becomes richer and creamier. One of our earliest creations, the cheese itself is named after a local to home landmark in the village of Bollington, Cheshire near where Pete “grew up” and “worked” for many years before he moved to the South West.
